Must have excellent communication skills. both oral and written. ability to solve problems. in a logical and analytical manner. and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with County officials. departments. outside agencies. and the public. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all types of individuals (outside agency representatives. the public. and BelWood staff). Ability to work independently. be selfmotivated. and set priorities. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple demands and competing priorities. Ability to make sound decisions on matters of operational policy and administrative problems. Ability to pass a criminal background investigation conducted by the Illinois State Police. Possess a valid Illinois drivers license.
