Bonding

  • Inmate search/Charges

-Please note you are required to have the inmates first and last name.

-Inmate charges are subject to change pending bond hearing and indictment.

  • Bond amounts

-When posting a bond you must provide a valid form of identification -State drivers license or ID, Valid Military ID, Passport with photo

-Bond amounts are subject to change pending court appearance on onview charges.

  • Jail fees

-The jail bonding fee is currently $60.00 for processing.

  • Warrant fees

-Some warrants are subject to a state failure to appear fee of $75.00

  • Credit card bonds

-There is a 7% Court Money processing fee when using a credit card to post a bond. 

  • Bonds over the phone

-Inmate bond information will be given to the caller to complete the bonds over the phone. The bonder will then use this information to complete the bonding process over the phone with Court Money. Once the bond is processed Court Money will then fax a receipt to the bonding tech to then complete the release. 

  • Applying surety to the bond

-If you would like to receive a return of your bond money (minus any court cost or fees) you will need to fill out a surety form at the time the bond is being posted. If this form is not complete and added to the bond, any returned bond money will be mailed to the inmates last known address.

Property

  • Clothing Drop off

-The only items that will be accepted will be 3 bras, 3 under wear.

- If you are bringing clothing for trial, those items will only be accepted the Monday before a trial date. This drop off will also be done in the form of a clothing exchange.

  • Property release

-Any inmate wishing to have their personal released to family or friends will be allowed to sign over their property.

-The property that will be released while the inmate is still in custody will only be the inmate's personal property.

-Any clothing and or items that are in the inmate's cell will only be released if and when and inmate is sentenced and released to the Illinois Department of Corrections. A letter will be sent to the family or friend of the inmate's choice when the property is ready for pick up.

-We do not discuss any inmate medical issues with the family or friends due to the HIPAA law.

-We do have 24 hr medical staff on duty to assist with any inmate medical need.

 Inmate accounts

  • Put money on inmates account

-place money on the inmates account using the kiosk or by going to smartdeposite.com

- For money for phone time you can call 1-877-650-4249

  • Commissary

-commissary is conducted on Wednesdays, the order has to be placed by inmates no later than Sunday 8 pm
